Pipe maintenance and replacement optimization

The policy will identify areas with a high historical concentration of water service disruptions in a given area and optimize the pipe replacement and maintenance with a goal to reduce the number of complaints, increase customer (including citizens) satisfaction, and reduce the need for further maintenance and consequently service disruption. This policy will be asset management instrument used to identify zones with a historically high concentration of water delivery failures and prioritize them for repairs. It will analyze historical data related to failures and breakdowns of the system at given locations over a given period of time and based on such historical data identify the zones where pipe replacement is most urgent.
